Testing Process

All AMO films share a common active ingredient, ionic silver. Agion’s® silver antimicrobial is Cradle To Cradle Certified CM for its material content, recyclability, and manufacturing characteristics. It is registered with the EPA and used widely in products that have achieved FDA 510(k) clearance and NSF certifications.  

AMO laminates are surprisingly durable as a result of the Agion® additive. It is believed that the inorganic compound at the surface interface improves both the surface hardness and the chemical resistance of the coating.
