CleanTouch™ Solutions

CleanTouch™ Film is Madico’s premier specialty film, containing an antimicrobial agent in its surface coating.  The Agion® branded antimicrobial is based on ionic silver, designed to provide product protection by inhibiting surface growth of damaging bacteria, mold, and mildew that may cause staining or discoloration on the product.

Our Specialty Films division has developed the AMO line of over laminate films (AMO) by combining Agion® technology with a durable, optically clear laminate.

Some practical applications where product protection is helpful in providing a clean surface are electronic touch screens (such as ATMs), hospitals, healthcare centers, schools, daycare centers, food processing facilities, and other high traffic area surfaces.

Our Anti-Microbial-agent-containing-Overlaminates (AMO) products can be used on virtually any surface.  Our product solutions are designed to fit the specific needs of our customers; AMO 400 provides broad application versatility. AMO TS is specifically developed for touch screen technology.  AMO MS can be used on any membrane switch device.

AMO-400

AMO-400 is an easy-to-apply film produced for environments that demand robust performance.  There is no need for special training for use or installation. Facility workers can easily retrofit countertops, sinks, walls, tables, desktops, electronic screens –– virtually any surface.

 

AMO-TS

AMO-TS is a custom-cut, ultra-durable, high optical clarity film manufactured by Madico Specialty Films for touch screen manufacturers. The film’s surface coating contains a antimicrobial agent based on silver ion technology.

 

AMO-MS

AMO-MS is specifically designed for membrane switch makers.  While containing the antimicrobial agent in its surface coating chemistry like other AMO products,  this offering contains a specially treated 7-mil PET to ensure proper ink adhesion, a key performance requirement of the industry.
