Madico Debuts New Products and Dealer Support Initiatives at SEMA 2018

LAS VEGAS – Oct. 30, 2018 – Madico, Inc., one of the world’s leading manufacturers of materials-based solutions, will be exhibiting at the 2018 SEMA Show, showcasing its new products Black Pearl® Nano-Ceramic automotive film and Protekt® paint protection film as well as unveiling the company’s new dealer focused initiative, “The Madico Experience.”

Taking place from Oct. 30 – Nov. 2 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the SEMA Show attracts more than 70,000 auto industry representatives from all over the world. The SEMA Show serves as the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. The four-day show brings the industry’s brightest minds and hottest products to one place offering educational seminars, product demonstrations, special events and networking opportunities. This year, Madico also will be participating in the SEMA Show’s Student Career Day on Oct. 29 to educate students on the skills needed to pursue a career in the aftermarket automotive industry.

“Exhibiting at the SEMA show has always been a great opportunity for Madico,” said Jeffrey Plummer Senior VP, Sales and Marketing. “This year, however, we’re particularly excited to provide a sneak peek into Madico’s new and improved brand and added offerings including a redesigned website and a new dealer portal complete with e-commerce capabilities. It’s a completely ‘New Madico experience that we call MadX.’”

The Madico Experience is dedicated to amplifying film dealers’ success through programs designed to share industry knowledge, teach new sales strategies, and discover business best practices. In conjunction, the newly developed Madico Dealer Portal will provide dealers with access to Madico products and sales support, even when out in the field. This reimagined infrastructure is focused on helping Madico customers grow their business’s profitability.

Demonstrations on the latest products in both the Black Pearl and PPF lines also will be taking place in the Madico booth throughout the show. Visitors to the booth will be able to test out various Madico products including Black Pearl® Nano-Ceramic film, an automotive film with advanced ceramic technology providing up to 87 percent infrared heat rejection. The solution increases driver and passenger comfort, reduces glare, manages interior temperature and adds an extra layer of safety as it holds glass together in the event of an accident.

Madico will also demo its Protekt® PPF film, a transparent paint protection film with an industry-leading top coat complete with self-healing properties to protect against scratches, and weathering. Protekt® ensures that a vehicle’s paint finish is protected from stones, gravel, sand, winter salt, tree sap, bugs, oil and other hazards of the road.

Capabilities of Madico’s ClearPlex®, the world’s first optically-clear windshield protection film, also will be showcased. ClearPlex protects against cracks, chips, UV rays, and various road debris.
