MADICO, a leading producer of energy saving window film is currently seeking a Global Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our Customer Service team. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating and processing of customer orders through all aspects of the organization. This position will focus on the logistics of manufacturing Madico products at the branch locations and communicating delivery schedules to customers and Madico. Manage the flow of finished goods materials to our European warehouse and ultimately, to our European customers. Also, manage the flow of materials produced at contract manufacturer, including Lintec, to our customers. Ensure all systems and documentation is updated and accurate. Act as a liaison between customer service and planning, manufacturing, scheduling, purchasing, distribution and accounting, in order to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information to our valued customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (including but not limited to:) Facilitate the daily production meeting ensuring orders are on schedule. Prioritize and manage finished goods orders through slitting and the cell, ensuring the correct sequences of orders are being processed. Constantly communicate to customers regarding the status of their orders. Manage the flow of internal goods being shipped to our European warehouse, as well as manage the release of finished goods material from this warehouse to our customers. Manage the distribution of finished goods from Lintec to our Asian customers, acting as the main contact between Madico, Lintec, and our Asian distributors. Coordinate shipments and shipping methodology. Coordinate and manage customer allocation schemes ensuring that planning is processing the correct products and customer service is accepting and promising the appropriate volume based on allocation. Closely work with Distribution ensuring that material leaving our finishing area has minimal wait time in our Warehouse prior to shipping Other responsibilities as required DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: o Bachelors degree or equivalent with experience working in Customer Service/Transportation. JOB SUMMARY: Provide support for sales and customers in product use, performance and recommendations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (including but not limited to:) Works with customers, sales people and customer service reps, R&D, key managers via the phone, email, or face to face. Resolve product application related issues internally Handles Window Film Technical sales calls working with the Technical Sales Manager Support field and Technical Sales groups and independent distributors as needed.
