  • Quality Systems Analyst (3/8/2010)

Madico’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing complex are located in Woburn, Massachusetts. We are currently looking for full time Quality Systems Analyst to join our Operations team, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing and Quality Systems. Primary Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: Maintain all systems processes utilizing the Compliant Pro software, perform internal audits, control the flow and follow-ups for corrective actions;Control of all Quality Systems documentation by maintaining integrity and consistency of Document and Data Control. This includes data maintenance in the software system to ensure all activities are up to date; follow up where necessary with reminders and; and training where needed. Maintaining central storage areas and accessing for quality records;Performing Internal Audits and assisting lead auditors with preparation and completion of system related tasks;Performing Internal Audits and assisting lead auditors with preparation and completion of system related tasks;Assist with customer and supplier audits;Prepare reports for management reviews and participate in meetings representing Quality Systems. Ideal candidates will have a high shcool diploma and 3-5 years experience in a related field, preferable. Madico's corporate headquarters and manufaturing complex are located in Woburn, Masachusetts. We are currently seeking a full time Qualoty Engineer to join our Core Technology Team. JOB SUMMARY: Provides the quality and assurance support to ensure hat product is built in accordance with customer and company quality requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: *Ensures that the company and customer requirements are met. Participates in the review of all design, manufacturing, testing and supplier documentation to ensure those requirements are fulfilled. *Support the Operations group including providing visual aids and inspection analysis to assist in the inspection process. *Develps and initiates methods and procedures for inspection, testing and evaluation. *Compiles and writes training materials and conducts training sessions on quality control activities. *Repsonsible for performing all work in a manner that provides for the safety and health of other personnel. DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in the manufacturing sector. Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: *Six Sigma Green Belt, Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. Good Interpersonal Skills and experience interfacing with customers and suppliers.
