With the expertise of Fidelity Investments, Madico offers a 401(k) plan where employees may defer up to 60% of their gross earnings and will be matched by the company up to 30%.

Disability Insurance
Madico has partnered up with Principal Life Insurance to bring you the following company paid benefits.
STD
Offered to all Non-Exempt Non-Union and Union employees. Offers a percentage of the employee’s pay for a pre-determined time period.
LTD
Offered to all Non-Exempt and Exempt Non-Union Employees. Offers a percentage of the employee’s pay.
Life/ADD
Offered to all Non-Union and Union employees.

Vacation
Standard vacation allotment is two weeks for Non- Union employees.
