Through its collaboration with ownership and providing our staff with the training, equipment, and (most importantly) freedom they need to succeed, Madico has been able to position itself as a technology leader and problem solver.
A symbiotic relationship with our owner, Lintec of Japan, provides Madico with the support and expertise required to execute strategic change both inside the company and in the markets we serve. Lintec’s expertise in adhesives coupled with their people-first ideology aligns perfectly with Madico’s vision.
Through decades of optimization, Madico has fine tuned its equipment to simplify the construction of some of the most sophisticated products in the industry. Simply put, our factory can produce materials that few others can approach. From four-ply laminates to optically clear films, Madico is committed to supplying customers with the most advanced materials in the industry. Madico’s lead will continue to widen as we faithfully reinvest our healthy profits back into our mechanical assets.
The same can be said for the crew that operates the machinery. Madico’s staff averages 17 years with the company, and in that time, each employee had established him or herself as a highly regarded subject matter expert. As Madico invests in its factory and labs, we make certain our staff has access to the training to be leaders. In fact, the company currently employs several of the world’s most advanced thinkers in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
